Customer satisfaction is very important to us so if you are not happy with your purchase, you can apply for a refund by emailing us within 3 days of receipt of the goods and returning the item/s in original, sellable condition (return shipping to be at your cost) within 5 days. On receipt of the goods we will refund the cost of the returned item/s within 7 days . Shipping costs are not refundable. If an exchange is preferred, you will have to pay for new shipping costs unless the product is faulty or damaged.
